Staff

Our staff are what makes our school the warm and homely place that it is.  Our staff know not only the children in their own classes, but the parents and children in every class.  Because of our small size we are able to work closely together with an understanding of the needs of all our students.  The teachers are dedicated professionals who all take the time to develop an in-depth understanding of the children in the classrooms.  They work closely with parents in order to create a partnership to ensure that we have close home and school connections.  Our Teaching Assistants and Nannies have an endless energy and sparkle.   They are very dedicated to our school environment and make being at Annabel’s a warm and friendly place.   Our staff are committed to their professional development and are often completing workshops, online learning as well as visiting other International schools in and around Bangkok.

We are lucky enough to have amazing support team who help the school run efficiently.  The lovely P’Deng who is both a carpark attendant and an amazing handy man. He can create anything from a mock Eifel tower, to Monkeys that hang in our trees.  Our office staff, Khun Beau and Khun Eaw, who also know each child and parent by name, help you with questions both small and large.  P’Toi in the kitchen who buys local produce and turns them into delicious and nutritious lunches for our children.

 

The school is overseen by the Principal, Susan Whalley, who is dedicated to see that Annabel’s Early Years meets the learning needs of all their students and that parents feel that they are supported in their child’s first Educational journey.

Annabel Hamill –Stewart is incredibly supportive of her staff and is committed to the continual development of Annabel’s Early Years, to ensure that we stay up to date with Educational Research and are proactive with the changes in the EYFS curriculum.  Also that we never lose sight of what matters most: that our children are safe, healthy and happy.
