Habitat Group was incorporated in 2012 with the specific mission to be one of Thailand’s leading

property developers in the mid to high-end residential market. The company recognized that

differentiation is key in the competitive market and sought to develop projects with unique

character in terms of design and function. The company’s vision was to establish the Habitat

Group as a well-recognized international standard brand featuring world-class design and

product quality.

 

The first development the company launched was “The Ville Jomtien” in Q1 2013 in Pattaya,

one of the fastest growing beach cities in Southeast Asia. This Pool Villa 80 units project was

a success and sold out in less than 2 years with construction being completed in Q4 2015.

 

Habitat Group’s current projects include:

- X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere - an eight storey beachfront condominium on Na Jomtien Beach

  with 65 units.

- X2 Pattaya Oceanphere - a pool villa resort development situated close to Na Jomtien Beach, with 59 one and

  two bedroom Pool Villas, a restaurant, Spa, Fitness Centre, Lobby and offering full resort service such as reception and

  housekeeping.

 

X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere was 80% sold out in less than 4 months after presale in Q3 2015 and X2 Pattaya Oceanphere’s presale will start in 2016. Upon construction completion both developments will be rental managed by X2 Resorts.

 

All Habitat Group’s developments are targeted both for resort living and for investment purposes. An X2 Resorts investment program is an integral part of the purchase of our customers’ investment, with a professional rental management team in place to take care of maximizing rental income as well as property management and maintenance. The program for investors comes with a fixed return on investment up to 5 years and is renewable for up to 15 years.

 

Future development projects for the company include plans to develop 2-3 ‘mid to upscale’ pool villa and condominium

projects per year, all featuring unique design elements with locations in Pattaya, Bangkok and other major cities in Thailand.

 

With over ten years of experience in property investment and development in Bangkok and Pattaya, the management of

Habitat Group have successfully invested, renovated over 60 condominiums and townhomes in the Bangkok CBD. Habitat

Group is planning an IPO to enter the stock market by 2018.
